One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on cc6ph5. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. cc6ph5 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cc6ph5 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, as communicated to the account holder.

cc6ph5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• cc6ph5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account may be terminated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc6ph5 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

All content on the cc6ph5 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of cc6ph5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cc6ph5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from cc6ph5.
• Use any cc6ph5 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc6ph5 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, provided that cc6ph5 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform for purposes other than entertainment.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

cc6ph5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cc6ph5 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The cc6ph5 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cc6ph5 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

cc6ph5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
